At Intimamenities we understand that hotel chains and groups with several establishments require efficient logistics solutions adapted to their needs. That is why we offer the option of splitting your orders and sending them to different hotels or hostels in your company, all through a single purchasing process. This solution saves time and simplifies order management, eliminating the need to make multiple separate purchases.

With our system, you do not need to place an order for each of your establishments. You can place a single complete order and then decide which products, units or quantities will be sent to each of your hotels or guesthouses, depending on what suits you best. This flexibility allows you to optimise the distribution of products between your different outlets and ensure that each establishment receives exactly what it needs.

Each shipment will have its own associated costs, but by centralising your order, you will enjoy a streamlined and simpler process with a single payment for all your products. This facility not only improves operational efficiency, but also gives you full control over how to distribute products among your outlets efficiently. products among your outlets efficiently.

In addition, you will be able to fully track each shipment, allowing you to know the location of your products at all times, ensuring that all establishments receive what they need to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

If you manage a hotel chain or several hostels in different locations, this option will allow you to simplify logistics and optimise delivery times, ensuring that each establishment is fully stocked and ready to offer the best possible service.

Management and delivery

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 14:00 are usually prepared and dispatched the same day. This schedule is not a guarantee and may be subject to change.
  • If the order is placed after 14:00, we cannot guarantee that it will be dispatched the same day. In this case, it will be prepared and shipped the next working day.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be prepared and shipped between Monday and the following Tuesday.
  • In summer time the same conditions apply, but until 12:00.
  • Deliveries can be made throughout the day, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
  • In special circumstances, such as local or state holidays, strikes, inclement weather, etc., delivery times may be affected.

Whenever available, we will provide you with an order tracking number so that you can keep track of your location at all times.

Below are the delivery times depending on the size of the order. Orders are normally dispatched the same day the purchase is completed, as long as they are placed before 14:00.

Please note that these delivery times start from the moment your order leaves our warehouse. The order processing time depends to a large extent on the volume of orders.

Delivery times may be altered due to holidays, in summer and Christmas, or due to causes beyond Intimamenities’ control.

In no case do the delivery times indicated represent a guarantee of delivery.

IMPORTANT

Currently, we work exclusively with countries in the European Union. For deliveries to other countries, please consult with us about the possibility of delivery.

Please note that international shipments to countries outside the European Union may incur additional import, customs or duty charges which are beyond our control. Intimamenities will not assume any total or partial cost derived from these expenses. In the event of inspection by customs in your country, if you do not agree with the customs costs and decide to reject the order, we will deduct all the costs incurred from the amount to be returned (outgoing costs, return costs and administration or administrative costs incurred).
